Shipping

Shipping is one flat rate per parcel, the same wherever the order is going. You see it on the checkout page before you place the order, and the total shown there is the total you pay. [VERIFY: carriers used and delivery times per region.]

The owner packs and sends every order within 24 hours. You pay by card at checkout, or ask the owner to arrange payment with you instead; in that case your items are held until you do.

Customs and import taxes

Customs duties and import taxes are paid by the buyer. They are set by the destination country, they are not included in the price of the goods or in the shipping quote, and the carrier will normally collect them from you on delivery. Parcels refused at customs are treated as a return of a delivered order.

Returns

Food is non-returnable once it has shipped. Cocoa is a consumable that leaves the owner's hands sealed, and there is no way to confirm how it was stored after that, so no returns or exchanges are accepted on it.

If cocoa arrives damaged, melted or opened, write within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the parcel and the contents. The owner will replace it or refund it.
