Prices and currency

All prices are in US dollars and cover the goods only. Shipping is added after the order is placed, and customs duties and import taxes are never included — see Shipping & Returns.

How an order is made

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The owner confirms it, packs it, quotes the shipping and sends you the final total with a payment link. The contract is formed when you pay that total. Until then either side can walk away at no cost.

Stock is held for you from the moment the order is placed. Paintings are unique: once one is ordered it is no longer available to anyone else.

Payment

Payment is taken away from this site, through the link the owner sends. The shop stores no card details. If the order is not paid within [VERIFY: unpaid-order window] the owner may cancel it and release the stock.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel free of charge at any point before you pay. After payment, food cannot be returned once it has shipped; refunds for non-food items follow [VERIFY: refund terms for paintings]. A cancelled paid order is refunded off-site, by the same route the payment came in, within [VERIFY: refund processing time].

Liability and law

Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights. Beyond those, the owner's liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. These terms are governed by the law of [VERIFY: governing jurisdiction], and disputes go to its courts.
